Dementia Care is to help our service users manage the symptoms of dementia. This includes everything from medication reminders to help going to the bathroom, or simply providing a friendly face when you need it.
Dementia Services includes but are not limited to:
- Personal Care
- Moving and Transfers
- Meal prep and serving
- Cleaning / Housekeeping
- Medication Management
- Cleaning / Housekeeping
- Shopping
- Outreach Appointment Assist
Esther Care Services Supported services involves assistance with day-to-day personal chores such as using the lavatory, shaving, washing and dressing up for people with locomotive dysfunction, the care staff use hoists and sliders to change their positions and locations.
We expect our client to select the type of services they require and the service schedule needed. We will provide these services with utmost quality.
Support Services includes but is not limited to:
- Hoovering
- Help with making beds
- Sitting in Services
- Ironing
- Dusting and polishing
- Washing and Cleaning
Esther Care Services Ltd Mental Health services will include but are not limited to:
- Support with Activity
- Help with making beds
- Check welfare wellbeing of the individual
- Companionship

- Assistance to access community services

Sensory impairment is the common term used to describe Deafness, blindness, visual impairment, hearing impairment and Deaf blindness and lack of speech.
Sensory Impairment services includes but is not limited to:
- Use of Audio description to promote communication
- Have hearing aid loops for those with heard of hearing
- Promoting person centred care to promote supporting service users with sensory impairment with specific actions to be taken by the staff
- Our organisation will promote reviews for the care plans
- Promote record keeping and show trends in incidents and accidents
- Use of initial assessments to support the service users and collate relevant data and historical information
- Promote use of spot checks for the service users and Reviews,
- Record Keeping
- Promote the use of 6 Cs in care which include Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, Commitment
- Inclusion in social activities and events, encouraging them to join a conversation, involving them in an activity they enjoy.
Esther Care Services staff will provide daily personal care to service users in their own home and community, where they feel safe and comfortable. This means that you can maintain your independence in familiar surroundings with peace of mind knowing that you will always be supported.
Daily Care includes but is not limited to:
- Assistance with toileting/continence care
- Assistance with personal care, i.e. bathing, washing/personal hygiene
- Assistance with dressing and personal grooming
- Assistance getting in or out of bed
- Assistance with meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, Dinner, snack)
- Assistance with medication
We at Esther Care Services (ECS) intend to provide Physical Disability to help people to regain or retain their skills and confidence after a period of illness.
We provide this service at the person’s own home by a team of trained social care professionals. We provide consistency of staff which is important to help foster good relationship with our service users and continue to monitor progress while providing quality care services.
Physical Disability care will includes but is not limited to:
- Making food and drinks
- Housework
